GROUP
INTEGRATION
Supporting the formation of an encouraging and collaborative group culture that improves the quality of the individual and collective experience.

This includes, but is not limited to, creating an environment that produces psychological safety, emotional resilience, and increased self-confidence. There are both tangible and intangible benefits to focusing on group dynamics and having a partner whose role is reserved for that function. The value of the integrator is hard to measure and often is only recognized when the role is reduced or eliminated.
